Try a salicylic acid treatment gel. After washing your face and moisturize, use the treatment gel overnight to get rid of blackheads or loosen them. You can also try a retinoid cream. If your skin is sensitive to retinoids, try a low intensity one. Ask your dermatologist if you are not sure which product to try or if you have very sensitive skin.

Do not forget to exfoliate a few times a week. The best exfoliators to get rid of blackheads contain papaya, charcoal, pineapple or clay.
